A little duckling, is unable to float, and sinks whenever it goes into the water. With the aid of Big Bill the stork, mother duck, daddy duck, and all the little ducklings fly to mister Hoot n Toot the owl's tree house. The ingenious owl tells them why the duckling cannot float, and comes up with a happy ending solution.
