All communities of Africans across the world need to be aware of the impending menace of destruction facing them in as much as they are militarily weaker nations such that any foreign gang of mercenaries or any rag-tag rebellion can overwhelm them because they were imposed so-called democratic institutions which perpetuate that division within a system of castes. The armed forces and the civilian republicans are two culturally and permanently opposed castes in the regency of this weak nation. They need to be replaced to create a strong nation in which its citizens are capable of the harmonization of internal human forces so as to neutralize every external menace. The democratic army is the societal configuration which will eliminate the chaos of civilian regimes undermined by recurrent subversive instrumentation of some so-called opposition groups by obscure external forces. The democratic army will eliminate the constant threat of republican security forces which have overthrown African governments to preserve the interest of foreign powers. Therefore, there is a need to create a democratic army which is in essence a nation of warriors; a martial citizenry to secure the nation toward true development. Behold, Africans were born warriors and died warriors. It is only when every nation in Africa would have aligned itself to such matrix that the unity of small and large countries into a regional or continental power will be possible. The democratic army will serve as the psychological stimulator and the incubator of a new type of African citizen. The European imposed African republic or Nation-state has miserably failed and is weak. This exposé explores a series of issues in which an alternative configuration of African society can emerge and develop in the context of globalization. This exposé contends that Africans have not escaped from the clutches of domination and subjugation which puts this generation and the forthcoming ones in an irreversible mission to liberate Africa once and for all.
